Just curious....do those who have gotten interviews, or know people who have gotten interviews, have an ADN degree or BSN degree. Just wondering if Sharp if only contacting BSNs.

Sharp is not only looking at BSN's, as I just graduated with my ADN, do not work at Sharp and have an interview. I know of 3 other ADN's that are being interviewed for Sharp Memorial's program as well.

Yea they definitely don't have a preference for internal over external...there are at least ~50 internals who didn't even get a phone interview!

No preference, agreed. I am an internal candidate who was not hired, while my friend was external and was hired.

panel interview yesterday...phone interview was a couple weeks ago, I don't know any other details. Sorry...I hope I didn't just burst your bubble of hope, but I know the feeling and I'd rather know than not know :-/ Stay optimistic though!

CV ER has started offering positions. I don't know exactly when, but a friend of mine just let us know.

I was told that calls will be made for Chula Vista ICU within the next week or so....I have an interview on the 15th!!! Hurray!!
