Ahh, I am so sad to just be seeing this. I am not even going to bother applying at this point if they were at 450 almost 24 hours ago. Maybe one day I will make it to sunny California - AFTER I have my RN experience!

Does anyone know what time they reached about 500 applications?

I don't know when they hit 500 but I do know this is the first time they hit 500 on the first day! They normally get to 500 in 48 -72 hrs. They are reviewing the applications, my status changed from "submission received" "to applicant review." Good Luck everyone!

Last go-round they hit 500 by noon on the first day, I think. I'm constantly amazed by the number of applicants we have in this country!

Mine also says submission received. Has anyone else's changed? Also any other new grad programs even in other states? All my classmates are getting hired, I feel left behind ;( I'm at the 6 month mark and lots of classmates are all of a sudden getting hired

I feel you! I've been working so hard volunteering at 2 hospitals and having so many certifications, and as happy as I am for my classmates who have been getting jobs, I know for a fact that most of them haven't done as much as I have. Hopefully the economy turns around and we can get jobs soon! don't give up hope!

I'm with ya. Six months out, volunteering, all the certifications I can practically have, two internships under my belt. Just have to trust God has a plan for us and we will be nurses!

    My status says "Applicant review"
