My status currently says "Under Review" since 4/24, I think today's the last day to apply

Hey all! I applied on Monday as well. Mine said "under review" as soon as I submitted my application and then today it changed to "Hiring Manager Review."

Congratulations!! Is it true that the surveys at the end are how they pick if we're a good fit?

I haven't heard anything about that, but I would assume it is mainly used to weed out people who would definitely not be a good fit (i.e. lazy, not open to change, etc.). I'm pretty sure that the application itself carries more weight.

For those whose status changed, do you already have your nursing license? I don't have mine yet so I'm hoping that's why my applications keep getting ignored haha but either way it's getting a little discouraging!

Yes, I got my license last month. That happened to me with most of the New Grad programs I applied to. Definitely keep applying though, I've read lots of comments from people who were still able to advance without their license. Good luck!

I do not have my Rn license yet . I am a Lvn -Bsn and take my NCLEX in two weeks so my test is scheduled and I did state that on my application. I agree with Katiekat... I been applying and its tough. I would keep hopeful.

Hey Guys, I applied on the 24th and I think my status has toggled back and fourth from "under review" to "submission received". Not sure what that means but considering interviews are on the 17th and 18th I assume they will be reaching out to everyone next week. Gah, I hope I get a call.
