Has anyone else applied to this program & which campus did you pick for first choice?

Hey everyone! My name is Kelly, I am trying to get a hold of any Samuel Merritt students who just got accepted for the January 2013 semester at the Sacramento location. I am looking to meet members of my cohort. It would be nice just to meet up before classes start if anyone is down with that. Looking for study partners and friends, so PLEASE get back to me!!

Anyone get accepted into San Mateo and Sacramento and will be dropping from the Sacramento campus?

This is a selfish question...just wondering if I may be moving up on the list. This wait list is killer..espcially since I am so close...

Hi everyone! I applied for Spring 2013 at the San Mateo campus, but haven't heard anything back yet. I'm not sure what to make of it since others have heard, but beating it around in my head is driving me nuts! I called the admissions counselor today, but her voicemail says she's out of the office until the end of November - great!!

On another note, a huge congratulations to those of you who have been accepted. I really, really, really hope that I'll be seeing you in January, but if not, I wish you all the best! :)

Hi everyone,Congrats on getting accepted. I received my acceptance email for the Spring 2013 session a couple of days ago. I just faxed over my letter of intent and paid for my tuition deposit over the phone. I'm extremely excited and looking forward to meeting you all. No turning back now!Jeremie

Any chance there's already a Facebook Group for the Spring '13 San Mateo cohort?

I've actually been on the Fall '12 San Francisco group for a while and would have missed out on a lot of information if I hadn't been.

Call the main number and ask for admissions :) They'll put you through to someone who is there now :) I called, emailed, and if I lived closer, I probably would have walked in as well trying to get info since I declined Fall 2012 in hopes of getting Spring 13 :) I guess it worked! A two week turnaround was pretty good between acceptances!

Regarding the FB group..... I don't think there is one yet....

I called shortly after I posted my message and spoke to someone in admissions. They looked up my name in the system, but said there was nothing there to report. A message was sent to a higher power and I received an email right away. She said she needed to talk to the main admissions counselor and I'd get some sort of response on Tuesday. This is getting insane. My poor nerves and stomach might not make another five days. I thought I had a pretty strong application, but I guess you just never know.

It sounds like you've been through the ringer - I'm very glad it all worked out for you!!!
