Congratulations Spring 2013 Applicants!! I am applying for the Fall 2013, and was wondering whether the Health Care Work Experience form has to be in a sealed envelope. I'm soo nervous and want to make sure that I do everything right.

The health care work experience form needs to be included in your packet which you will put inside of a large 8x11 envelope. The form doesn't need to be sealed in separately. Read the directions on the csus nursing website for application procedures. Good luck!! :)

Thank you very much. After reading the directions, I wasn't very sure and just wanted to verify. I suppose since the supplemental form has 3 pages, we shouldn't staple those either. It just seems like everything will be all over the place. They don't call them nerves for nothing:)
