New Grads in San Luis Obispo County?

Hi all,
I'm finishing up my BSN program in San Diego, there's a chance I may need to go to the San Luis area after graduation to care for a family member. I've been looking at the websites for the hospitals in the area but cannot find information on new grad positions.

In San Diego they do new grad programs. Is that how it works in the San luis area? Or are they just new grad positions? Any advice on how to find these?
