Hi all

Well it looks like I'll be having to move to the SF bay area for a few years to help out my Dad. His local hospital in Fremont doesn't currently have any Labor and delviery positions available. I've looked online at several other places, hosp in Hayward, San Jose and Redwood City. Having been raised in the Bay Area I know about commute times : (.

So, where would you all reccomend as a great place to work. Great place being defined as excellent teamwork, LDR NOT LDRP, busy but not crazy ie about 200- 250 deliveries per month, pay I guess is about the same everywhere but benefits are a big deal to me.

Let me know what you think either here or email me privately. Also, where NOT to work can be equally important and send those to me privately too if you'd like. I'm looking forward to some serious advice.

Not an L&D type myself; but I've heard good things about Summit-Alta Bates.

Sequoia has a great reputation all around and the pay is great for experienced nurses. It is worth a try to see if they are hiring, you can apply online.
