Loma Linda University Medical Center Murietta,CA

Could anybody give me some information about the ER at Loma Linda Murietta. I am looking at a tech position and would like to know what I should use as an interview strategy. I know all ER's have their own culture which makes them unique and that what works in one ER may not work in another. Being new to the area I have no network to pull from and really have no idea what to expect. I have been working on call shifts for six years at a level one in Portland and have a good mix of peds and adults. To be honest I prefer peds but stand alone peds ER's are few and far between. Any help would be greatly appreciated.
