no I'm a "m". Do you know when my test date is?? She gave me info on where i could get the study guide. I bought it this morning and it should arrive in 3 to 5 days. I definitely need to study the math. The last time i took a math class was when we were in micro together. Math 160 (statistics) I haven't taken an algebra class in like..... forever. Do you know what is a passing score???

If your last name begins with G – O, you will be required to take the examination on:
    Tuesday, May 01, 2007 1:00pm – 4:30 pm

i don't know what a passing score would be... i wish i did! if you want, you can PM me with your email address & i can forward you the email so you don't have to wait for it to come in the mail?

i definitely need to study the math too! it's been 3+ years since i took ANY kind of math whatsoever & i haven't taken algebra since high school. hopefully the study guide will help... the science portion looks a little scary too just from googling it.

You take a math exam at the beginning of every semester. 10 questions, you need 9 right to pass. The 4th semester you need to get all 10 right.

I figured the first math test would probably be conversions. I did those in chem 115 and didn't have any trouble with them. Actually thought they were fun. Too bad that was 3 years ago and have forgotten most of it. I'm really good at percents and statistics.

Is that what the first couple tests are like??

I got my letter in the mail today!!!

Sort of, maybe the first one. It's pump rate, drip factor...different things. If you're decent with math it should be no problem.

Bonny619- Is fall 2007 your last semester? What was your most challenging class? Who was your favorite teacher?
  11. by Bonny619
Yep, fall of 2007 is my final semester.

So far I think 2nd semester was the hardest, peri-op to be exact. I still managed a good grade, but it was the most time consuming.

Now, 4th semester is suppose to be the hardest! We'll see how that goes!

I passed!!!!! I got an 80%. Good luck Puresass!!!

A lot of gossip before the test, but don't listen to it. 67% is a passing score.

Make sure you bring your password and user name if you used the practice exam..... Oh, they only give you 2 pieces of scratch paper ask for one more. 2 was not enough.
