Difficulty completing last few weeks for prescriptive authority in another state

I have talked ad nauseum with my state (California) BRN re Advanced Practice, and with Washington State BRN, and no one can tell me how to complete the California BRN requirement for delivering the collaborative agreement and procedures/protocols required by California if completing supervised prescriptive authority hours outside of the state of California. I have not signed a contract yet for an assignment in Washington which is through a private corporation providing NP coverage in Washington State @ a Federal VA (Madigan Medical @ Ft Lewis) facility. This appears to be a no man's land. I've heard sooooooo many conflicting reports, opinions and I DO NOT WANT to sign a contract if I am unable to meet my objective, which is to get the freaking Prescriptive Authority completed. I have met all other requirements. 45 hour CEU Pharmacology and 4 months California supervision documented. I need two more months supervision. The Army doesn't give a fig. But I have applied for a Washington State license. If I can't get the final two months documented per the California requirement, I don't want to go to Washington. It appears that if there were not a "go between" contractor it would be a piece of cake. But "technically" I'm not a VA (federal ) employee, even though the Army Doctor who interviewed me gave the green light for me to be hired, and all VA paperwork AND the other Corporation paperwork has been completed. Has anyone else encountered this situation? I don't want to waste my time in Washington if my prescriptive authority is not going to be granted in California. California economy sucks in Northern California and my last assignment did not transition to permanent as promised. Did anyone say Corporate Nursing has no integrity? I would rather remain temporarily unemployed than to waste my time not meeting my own damn criteria. :nurse:
