Hello!
I know many places in CA are inundated with nurses, but I'm an experienced RN and wondering if anyone has knowledge of a place (like a small hospital or rural place) in CA that is hiring experienced nurses. Thank you.

Try Central California. Specifically Kern County. Mercy, San Joaquin Community Hospital, Heart Hospital. Not a lot of people want to move to Bakersfield, but cost of living is very low compared to other places in California.

Ck out any coastal town w/ critical access hospitals. They're great to work at & need experienced nurses.

The hospitals in the area I work in not only hire alot, but are very friendly to new grads. Victorville, Hesperia, and Barstow has a much better market for nurses due to the location: its fricken desert.
