What's your opinion about on-call position?

Hmmm, that's a good question. Someone correct me if I'm wrong but you can count that as experience because you're working on call. I believe what they're looking at are your hours worked. They can say one full year of hospital experience or nursing home experience, but when it comes down to it, they wat to know how many hours you have completed. If you're under 2000 hours then you're still considered a new grad RN I. Anything over that you're a RN II. I hope this helps. Good Luck
