Took a Medical Terminology Course - Now What?

by jwt100

Hi, I live in Los Angeles, and I was looking to change my career, and a friend suggested I take start with some noncredit Medical Terminology courses. So I took a 3 day course, and I really learned a lot! In fact, after the class I challenged my friend who has been working at at a doctor's office for years, and I knew 10 times more than her!!

However now I am looking to continue my education here in Los Angeles. Does anybody know any good nursing or other medical related colleges in the LA area?

The medical terminology classes I took were really good, but they were at Glendale Community College, and I don't know how good their nursing program is there.

BTW if anyone is interested in taking the medical terminology course, the link to the website is
