STILL WAITING for RESULTS :0(

hi there...... I know how you feel. The first time I took it..... I knew that I failed. I had up to 150 questions. I took it again the second time and stopped at 85. But this time... I have a really good feeling about it. Hopefully that feeling is a good sign that I passed. It's been 2 weeks now and still haven't received my results. I hate checking my mailbox...... I always remember the time when I got the big envelope w/ the retake papers. I hate how we can't get quick results, it's just not fair. Well goodluck to you, I hope you passed.

Im not sure if you have done this already...and dont quote me on this since Im not from CA!...but, my friend who took NCLEX in CA was able to see if she was an official RN through the BON website. She said she found out 2 days later on CA's BON site, but her letter didnt come in the mail for 2 weeks.

You're right evita...... but for LVN's you can't check it on the website. They wont post your name unless you passed and paid for your license. All we can do is wait for 2-4 weeks.=(

I know, CA is ridiculous. I had to wait forever too. Exactly two weeks ago today, I took the test and finally received my results this morning. I sort of slunk (is that a word??) over to the computer telling myself that if it didn't show up today, then I was sure to have failed. I couldn't believe it, but I passed. Turned out they had just received my transcripts and processed them yesterday. I've been on vacation with my family, and have had a crying spell at least once per day -- darned near ruined my vacation.

So, my advice is to check with the BRN and ask them if they have received your transcripts -- that may be what is holding things up.

have you check your BON website for license verification.

I tested on July 18th and didn't find out my result until Saturday, July 29th. I was losing hope that I failed the darn thing since most of my friends found out within 3 days. Their names got posted on the web while I waited 11 days for mine to appear. I told myself that I will just wait for the mail so I stopped checking. The day I stopped, my best pal called me and told me my name got posted finally. Don't lose hope. I know the wait is frustrating but I will advice you to call. Make sure you choose option 0 for the operator and not option 2. When I called and chose option 2, the lady told me she cannot tell me anything because it will reveal my result. Tried again and talked to the operator next and was told that there's no problem with my transcripts nor fingerprint, and to just check monday to friday for my name on the board. At first, i thought that didn't mean anything but he was right. I passed and it was such a relief that the wait was over. Good luck to you and I hope you'll find out soon.

do they allow you to pay for your "Unofficial" results on the pearsonvue.com website? My unofficial results are up, but I am too sure that I failed to spend $7.95 on finding out... So I was just planning on waiting until they were posted to the Indiana State Board of Nursing website.

So, do they allow you to check unofficial results in CA on the pearson site?
