Staff Nurse at USC University Hospital in Los Angeles

by clozad1

Hi I was just wondering if anyone knows anything about working at USC University Hospital at a new grad nurse or fairly new nurse in the Intensive Care Unit. I was wondering things like orientation, pt to nurse ratio, the working environment, hourly pay, benefits, etc and also how the area around the hospital is like if it's a nice place or what. Any information would be great. Thanks.

The hospital itself is really nice, it has guards too! And why does it have guards you may ask? It is in the GHETTO!!!
