St. Rose Hospital, Hayward

Hi all,

Has anyone had any experience working there, or does anyone know of this hospital's reputation?

Considering a position there...

Thank you in advance for the info.

Kisses

Lily

The only thing I have heard is that the patients (especially the ER) are nightmares! A friend's girlfriend works there and she has been punched by ER patients' family members a couple of times! Seems as if you don't give them their answers right away, or if you aren't paying too much attention to them, you get assaulted, no joke. And the security guards on duty don't do anything about it.

This has not been verified by myself, but a coworker whom I trust told me this because his girlfriend is a nurse in the ER there. I wouldn't work there, but that's just my opinion...

I have not worked here, but have dealt with some of the staff, including the MDs....It is a private hospital and i am sure this hospital would like to make a Profit with the underclass......the Doctors will do half ass work and poor Diagnosis in order to get the Patients out of the ER.........Poorly treated and poor diagnosed patients.....it is a poor area serving a majority of the East Bay under class, BUT it is not fair to cheat Medical Treatment on someone that can't afford it.
