sign-on bonus...

Hello all....
I just joined this forum... I'm a new RN and I have a close friend who is wondering about sign-on bonuses. I just moved to So. Calif from Seattle and she is still in Seattle but I'm trying to talk her into moving here. She wants to relocate to a warm area but is much more interested in the hospitals w/good sign-on bonuses.... as she has accumulated some nursing school debt. Any suggestions for Calif. hospitals w/good sign-on bonuses or surrounding states (w/warm climates)....
