Sierra Nevada Hospital-info please....

Do you guys know anything about Sierra Nevada Memorial Hospital in Grass Valley? I'm a new grad...I know they have a new grad program.
Let me know what are your thoughts about the hospital, pay rate info for new grads, staff attitudes, environment feel, patient care and safety....and don't forget orientation....I think they say 6 weeks...but who knows...it could be six weeks of classwork...what about their preceptors?...do they really have good preceptors that are willing to help? I know that there is little diversity....and it's a small town...is there racial discrimination? Anything will help. I think I've heard that the crime rate is bad for it's size...but the hospital itself is not in the center of grass valley...it's actually like a little before the town.
