Shadowing a Nurse?
I just love it!! Anyways, I am 24 years old looking to go back to school for Nursing. I got an AA from Palomar and just need to take a couple pre req's that i didnt finish before. I have been looking into schools and National University seems like a great place to start. If i can get a conselor to call me back, I will get an appointment ASAP. My question is, where can I go to see if I can shadow a nurse? Doesnt have to be for the whole day but just so I can get an idea that this is for me. I am no stranger to hospitals, having loved ones who have spent much time in then but I want to get a good idea of what is expected day in and day out. If anyone could offer any advice I would much appriciate it!! Thanks!!!
