hang in there! i am in a similar situation. apply to every new grad program you can. kaiser (apply to the IP/I/II in the title jobs), VA, standford, packard, sutter, etc. Also, go to any and all open houses, info sessions, and career fairs you can find. The wider you cast your net the better chances you have in getting something. I am temping with an agency doing flu shots & working PT at a clinic. The clinic is per diem & they are flexible & they know i'm looking for a hosp job. As far as websites, craigslist, aftercollege.com & the hospital websites have great info. I agree with the other poster call, email, visit with recruiters. Oh, and also use your classmates. Have them be your eyes and ears on the units. Maybe even have them hand your resume over to their managers. Don't give up. You've worked hard for your license and it will take you places! Good luck!
