San Diego Per-Diem RN wages

Currently an ER nurse at a county hospital, just wondering does anybody know the average pay for a Per-Diem RN in San Diego?

I recently applied and had an interview with Scripps La Jolla Urgent Care and I was offered the job. But when the HR lady told me I will be payed $32.50/hr as a casual/per-diem, i was pretty stunned. Here in San Bernardino or OC area, I believe for per-diem is at least $35 and up. I totally was expecting for the same.

I just had another interview with Sharp's Urgent Care, but I'm still waiting for the call back. If the base pay for per-diem is still the same, then I'm screwed!! I really want to move down to San Diego, but if the pay is like that, I don't think I will be able (since I'm also helping out with my parents due to the bad econ situation...)

Does anyone know what is the average Per-Diem pay for San Diego???

Thanks!!
