San Diego living

Hi,im moving to SD to work in Sharp Grossmont in LA MESA.I am looking for a 1 bed apartment for my husband and i.If anyone knows of any nice apartments/areas nearby(we will have a car)or within a reasonable commuting distance this would help our selection greatly. We are looking at spending roughly $1000 per month. Thanks in advance for any advice given.

Sorry,

I have no clue.
All I can say is that my sis and bil love that area and have family and friends there. I'll check into it with them. Need a few days though. You can PM with your e-mail to me to remind me.

www.signonsandiego.com I did a search for rentals around there: http://realestate.signonsandiego.com...ls2/index.html I just used <$1200 as criteria, did not specify any other parameter. VERY IMPT: make sure it's airconditioned. Can get toasty around there sometimes.

That's the Union-Tribune's (local paper) site.

This is a great place to live, IMHO!

Hi there!

I was born and raised in San Diego and have lived there for the last 28 years - I just recently moved up to the bay area and miss it very much! Please send me a PM to discuss anything I can fill you in on about San Diego. It's my favorite place in the world!

Best wishes,
Izzy

The San Diego Reader is another good place to look for rental classifieds:
