RN's in San Diego

I am a canadian nurse in ottawa ontario. I currently looking for a full time position in San Diego. I currently work on a bone marrow transplant unit and would be looking for a similar position. I am curious what does a nurse make in San Diego? I have five years experience.

Is it best to have a recruiter who tries to find a job for you or is it best to go directly through the hospital?

I am looking for a good sign on bonus and relocation package.

Thanks,

Pernille
