RN responsibilities in LTC/SNF

by bodz01

Can anyone give me insight concerning working in nursing home as an RN. What are the duties, nurse to patient ratios, wages, etc.
please tell me what the RN does...what treatments and meds? what kind of treatments?
I would appreciate to hear what a typical shift is like for an RN.

=]

thank you so much!
