recent nclex-rn passer and don't know where to find a job near L.A area


hi to everyone ..i need help coz i don't know what's the first step to do to find a job...i recently passed the nclex-RN and now i don't know where to find a job near L.A area...coz i have no work experience..any suggestions???thanks in advance
