Please help rate of pay ca clinic

Hello I just went for an interview today. The owner claims she doesn't know what to pay an LVN. Can you believe that? I live in North ca. Sacramento, Ca. I will work three days a week for 23 hour. No benenfits! How much should i say, I what what is fair? It's a weight lose clinic. You weight patients take B/p give meds, and b12 shots. To about 60 pt a day.
