Pay rate for Cedar-Sinai?

Hi everyone
Im apply for a New Grad Position in Cedar Sinai Hospital in Los Angeles, on the Medical/Respiratory Critical Care.
Just wondering how the nurses/environment in like? Pay Scale?
Any suggestions/comments would be appreciated.
