Im an LVN and the agency i worked for paid per visit. $30 per visit. Dont know how much per hour. I would do 6 or 7 visits per day, 5 days per week. If you are doing shift work them its probably $20 bucks or so.

Default Re: Pay For Lvn In Home Health
Depending upon the employer, the area, the type of reimbursement for the type of case (private pay, insurance, MediCal) and what the employer thinks of the new hire, it can range from a low of $15 an hour to a high of $25 an hour, with the usual range being from $17 to $22 an hour. If you are interested in certain employers, it is best to call them and ask them outright what they pay their LVNs. Sometimes they will mention rates in employment ads and when you go to the office in person, you find yourself getting lowballed, with a fast excuse when you mention what you saw in the ads. Good to stay away from employers like this.
