Orange County ADN RN's...how easy is it to find a job?

For those of you who got your ADN's in Orange County, was it easy or difficult to find an RN job right after? I know we hear about nursing shortages, but I'm wondering when it comes right down to it...are there jobs waiting for us after we graduate and pass the NCLEX?
