one year RN working experience, how much should I ask for in LA

one year RN working experience, how much should I ask for hourly rate in LA? Is 32 an hour for night shift ok? It is 12 hour shift

I left socal with 13 months experience. I was making around $34/hr working night shift. and this was at one of the lower paying hospitals.

Depends exactly where. I think 32 is reasonable. Make sure to ask if that's your base or your blended pay.

Which hospitals pay the best in L.A area? A hospital in L.A offered 31.94 for my 2.5 yr experience. I can't even pay my expenses for that wage. Thanks for suggestions. John
