nursing student wanting a job

I'm currently a nursing student at San Jose State and have recently heard that it's quite a challenge for new grads to find jobs! I've also heard that a lot of hospitals are more willing to hire new grads if they've done clinicals and have worked/interned there before. Can any of you tell me which hospitals in the San Jose area offer internships or even jobs for nursing students (maybe as a nursing assistant)? Please help, I'm so worried for my future!!Thanks!
