Anyone else get tired of being "dumped on" with too big a load of patients almost everyday? I'm a nurse tech and love my patients. But, enough is enough. It seems like everyday the workload gets bigger and that ends up chipping away at the better care patients can receive when nurses and techs have the right (and legal) work load. It becomes so frustrating sometimes!
