NP opportunities in CA?

I have just accepted a position in a PICU and I am going to continue my education and get my BSN and MSN but I am wondering about job opportunities. Are there a lot of NP job opportunities in CA? I am worried about getting my NP license and then not having a job! Are some specialties better off in this area, like would an FNP or ACNP have a better chance of getting a job than a PNP?

Any info would be helpful!
