new graduate training

I have gotten a couple of offers/maybe offers at hospitals in the bay area for training programs...new graduate....

I understand that I will be expected to make a long term comittment to the hospital and infact I welcome the idea of really getting to know a hospital and staff. I just really have no way of evaluating these programs.

Right now I'm very happy about SF general which might hire me. Has anyone heard about thier new graduate program? How about Pacific hospital?

Anyone have any advice on how to do well in the first 100 days?

-new nurse
