New Grad Critical Care Hospital Programs (San Francisco)

Hi All,

Looking to move to San Francisco when I graduate next year. What hospitals have extensive new grad programs in critical care. I would like to work at a large trauma hospital, perhaps a teaching hospital (UCSF?). I know some people that live there, but they are not in the field and not much help.

Also, how difficult is to get into RN-BSN programs around this area. I've seen numerous posts about waiting lists for the RN programs in California; just wondering if BSN completion programs were having this issue as well.

Thanks for your help!
