Need info from N. CA home health Rns

Any N. CA RNs working in homecare who can help me out? I'm a med/surg RN, about to interview for a position in HH, but I don't know what would be a competitive wage. I have heard it pays less than hospital, but not sure what to expect.Say they quoted per visit- what would be fair?

Also- anyone willing to recommend any HH agencies from personal experience? I know some have got to be better than others. Thanks!
