Contact California RN board on state of California web site, and apply for the NCLEX. They can give you a packet of information and You will need your transcripts from the Phil sent to them, and that will be what takes the longest time. The schools in the Phil seem to take a long time to process the info. and get it sent out.

You also may find some help with a nurse recruiting / staffing agency. You may have to sign a contract so be careful there but then in 1-2 years you will be free of the contract.
