need help re: nclex application


Hello everyone! I need guidance about my nclex application. I read the ca.rn website but still confuse on how to complete my requirements. I'm a registered nurse in the philippines and now im interested of taking the nclex here in california. I want to know if i need to send all the forms (downloaded from the website), including the fees, which i believed it's $75, the 2nd copy of the live scan fingerprint, copy of my RN license, diploma back to the school where i took my nursing degree, and they will be the one to send it to Board of Registered Nursing in Sacramento. OR I will only send them (my school) the copy of request for transcript, and once I received it, then I will send the complete package to Sacramento. Hope to receive enlightenment about this matter. Thank you so much!

You send everything. You can either get the transcript in a sealed envelope and send in still sealed with the rest of the packet, or the school can send it to the BON directly.
