Default Just a thought
We have a wonderful staff nurse who started as a traveler. After a bad experience at an unsafe facility in an other state she developed a plan.

She would call the unit offering the assignment on a weekend. She would ask to talk with a staff nurse. Usually they tell the facta as they are. That is how she decided to do a contract with us.

That's the best I can do since i don't know that hospital.

I work at Memorial Hospital in Bakersfield. Message me and I will try and put you in contact with some nurses I know at Mercy.
BTW, we are sister hospitals, so welcome a bit early!
