Mental Health Registries in the Bay Area?

hi,

I am looking for registries that do psychiatric or forensic placements in and around the Bay Area. So far they have been difficult to find.......the registries don't seem willing to straight out tell that they don't have that available. Please help, If you know the names of any, please list them?
