If you just graduated as an RN, you are going to find it hard to get hired as an LVN. Once you have the additional training, you are expected to be able to perform in that role and are held to higher standards by the BRN or any licensing board. Many employers will shy away from hiring you.

You may wish to check out some nursing homes, it is going to be quite difficult to get hired in the hospital setting right now.

Best of luck to you.
