LVN Education Equivalent option?

Can anyone tell me if they applied to the board to take NCLEX-LVN by doing the Educaiton Equivalent option not the 51 hours exemption? If so, how many hours are needed of clinical? How does one calculate the number of hours for a class? I took pharm but I do not now if it was 54 hours? I have 36 nursing BSN credits(OB, Med-Surg, Geriatrics, Adult Nursing 1 and 2,ect) all of my GE's and pre-reqs (A&P, Biology, Chemistry, Micro, ect) are completed. I have a total of 127 college credits applied to a BSN. How do I calculate hours for my nursing courses and prereq's that they ask for on the application.
Any advice or information you may offer would greatly be appreciated.
