Looking for RN job in US

I've been a RN in Singapore for 4 years. Due to family immigration, I moved to bay area and obtained California RN license recently. I've already got SSN and green card.

I've difficult time in looking for RN job in bay area for a while as no working experience in acute care settings in U.S. Could anyone help me work out this situation so that I could start my nursing career soon?

Thanks.

It is very tough to get your first job as a RN, you may need to look for a position in a skilled nursing facility. Once you have experience in this role you may find the Acute care position after completing a year of experience.
