I'm moving to the Bay Area and want to go into hospice care. What hospice providers are there in SF and how much do they pay RN's? Are there special bonuses or incentives for nurses? What are caseloads like? I've heard of Pathways and Kaiser...

Where should i go if I want to look for hospice jobs (e.g., recruiters, job boards, etc)?

Also, what criteria do you look for in evaluating hospices (e.g., salary, work-life balance, etc.)?

I can't answer any questions about pay or bonuses or anything, I do know that another agency is Sutter VNA. I've looked into them for volunteer work. Here is their website: http://www.suttervnaandhospice.org/
