LAC-USC Medical Center Customer Services Position Question

I just received a letter from LA County DHS to interview with LAC-USC Medical Center for a position in the Customer Services Center. They want an RN for this position and I was wondering if anyone knew what this position entails before I call in to setup an interview.

That's a great question to ask during the interview. I wish I had a response for you that was more promising, but I've never heard of such position, unless it's a position where you are basically called upon with questions regarding medications, orders, diagnosis etc.
