Kaiser Bellflower

I was just hired to work the Med/Surg 7th floor. Can any nurses give me info about the working conditions, staff, patient ratio,doctors/nurses relationships, and any other info you can give.I already know about benefits and pay I just need info on the overall working conditions. Is night shift easier than day shift?

Hi,
I'm a new grad and also I'm thinking to apply in Kaiser Bellflower, but I'm still doing my research, because I don't know that much about the benefits and all the other stuff about the facility, I just know that is close to my home.
I also want to get information about the opportunities with the Los Angeles County ( I mean to work in Harbor-UCLA or Rancho Los Amigos)
If get more info, please share it with me...Thank you so much!!

These are things that you should have asked at the interview before you even accepted the position, not afterwards.

These questions were asked, thank you very much. From my experience they make everything sound good, so I wanted to ask any nurse that have worked or is currently working on the floor.
