ICU's on the SF Peninsula: Best/Worst

I am looking at ICU's anywhere from SF down to Palo Alto. I've got experience in Transplant ICU and Surgical ICU. I could be an easy train in Neuro ICU (though I have no resume experience) and pretty much suck in Cardiac though I am willing to train. As I'm unfamiliar w/ the Bay area, I am looking for info regarding which type of ICUs are at the various hospitals and which come highly recommended vs. stay the heck away THANKS!!!

Kaiser Redwood City and (I think) Stanford both have neuro ICUs and both are great (from what I've heard). I have a friend who works for Mills-Peninsula (in Burlingame) and she loves it. Kasier SF will have lots of Cardiac because they are the cardiac center of Kaiser.
