Lakewood Regional Medical Center in Lakewood, California (LA county, near Cerritos) has new grad LVN's. They uses LVN's to their fullest extent in their scope of practice. I don't know what they're paying because I am not an LVN but their other wages seem competitive.
Lakewood is a hospital in the Tenet healthcare system. So, the LVN new grad program could be for all of the tenet hospitals, I'm not sure.
Their new grad program is basically a 8-12 week preceptorship with an experienced nurse. There are also a few classes they have you take but not until you have precepted for a while and feel comfortable.
The best thing to do would probably be to go in and take to the nurse recruters from different hospitals and see what they offer you.
I hope this helped.
