I am definitely not familiar with that many BSN programs, but I know that for the most part you can take the prerequisites at a community college and transfer into the BSN programs. Some schools, however do not take transfer students, so you should check out the nursing department websites of each school you're interested in.
I believe that link above is for the list of approved programs from the CA board of registered nursing--that's a great place to start.
I know that UCLA, CSULA, and CSULB accept transfers into their BSN programs. CSUFullerton used to, but stopped due to budget cuts. CSUN accepts people who are either already RNs or who have a BA/BS in a non-nursing field. As far as private schools that I'm familiar with, I believe that Mount Saint Mary's and Loma Linda also accept transfer students. I'm sure there are many more schools, but those are the only one's I'm familiar with.
