I need some suggestions, please.

Hello! My 3 y/o son and I are moving to US this coming February. We are planning to rent an apartment at Bakersfeild. I saw lots of affordable places there but I think recoomendations from you guys will be of great help for me to decide properly. Are there good schools around there? i really have this agony of where should I enroll my son. Like you guys, I also want the best for my kid. One thing more, are there enough hospitals that need nurses? I have plans of applying for a nursing job once I arrive there. Do you think they will hire me even if I still need to take NCLEX? I would really appreciate and consider every suggestion that you will give me. Thank you.
